Website information and estimates

Website content is provided for general information. Any website or preliminary estimate is subject to project details, site conditions, measurements, product selection, preparation requirements, and final written agreement. A submitted form does not create a binding service contract or guarantee availability.

Project agreements

Actual flooring work may be governed by a separate written estimate, invoice, proposal, or service contract. If there is a conflict between these website terms and a project-specific written agreement, the project-specific written agreement controls for that project.

Photos and project information

You represent that you have the right to submit any photos or project information you provide to us. We will use submitted materials to evaluate and communicate about your requested project and for reasonable business records.

SMS Terms

When you check the SMS consent box on our estimate form or otherwise provide valid consent, you agree to receive text messages from Twon’s Epoxy regarding estimates, scheduling, project updates, and related customer-service communications. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Mobile phone information and SMS opt-in consent will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.
